My two children have been Camp Woodmont campers since they were very little. The very first year I knew what a special place it was when my son Bob, then age 7, cried his first night home because he missed his counselor so much. Each summer my kids come home full of excited tales of climbing walls, ropes courses and X games.
Their internet heroes replaced by counselors, their ipads, phones and Xbox replaced by songs, hiking and archery. There is a special feeling of authenticity at Camp Woodmont that is truly unique and magical. For Maddie and Bob, now entering the teens, it’s where they will forever get to be real kids.
